AMC Engineering College was established in 1999 by the Paramahamasa Foundation Trust in Bangalore, India. The institute is affiliated to Bangalore University and recognized by the Government of Karnataka. AMC Engineering College offers three main courses- B. Tech, M. Tech, MBA and MCA course of two-year and three- years with the three-year course are in a part system and the two-year course being in a semester system.

AMC, Bangalore scholarships are offered to students based on merit, financial background, and to students belonging to SC, ST or OBC category in the form of fee concessions.

Following are the scholarships offered to students by the College:

• A tuition fee concession of 25% to 50% will be given to SC & ST students of Karnataka based on merit and economic conditions.
• A 50% tuition fee concession will be given to meritorious students of Karnataka only (under Management Quota) for students with 90% - 100% marks in the qualifying examination.
