Pumba is one of the premier business schools in India. It is an autonomous department of the prestigious University of Pune (that was recently renamed as Savitribai Phule University of Pune.

PUMBA has continuously developed itself as an initiator of transformative knowledge and embraced change with alacrity. Our aim for graduates from the Pharmacy & Biotechnology sector to develop the managerial skills and prepare for a corporate stint from a leadership and general management perspective.

PUMBA has limited intake capacity per year and over the years; the demand for more seats arose. To meet this demand PUMBA gave approval to other colleges such as MIT School of Management, Sinhagad Institute of Management.
